I’m pleased to say that Via West when presented with a difficult situation in our case, went above and beyond to make things right. I also want to commend them for providing not just a place where kids and young adults can go when the parents need respite, but also a place that caters to their unique needs whether it is recreational activities, arts & crafts, field trips, medication management or food choices.
