“This daycare (which also has a preschool) is truly amazing. They provide a truly inclusive and nurturing environment. The director and her staff are always teaching, learning, nurturing, and providing fun and enriching activities for the kids. They had my twins with autism most of my twins’ lives and never gave up on them as long as we worked with them in helping our kids, and worked with them to overcome challenges. They shared concerns, knowledge, and resources, and even allowed provided tools for kids sensory needs. Rumor is they’ve cared for many kids with learning and developmental challenges, and multiple sets of twins. This daycare truly cares for each child and partners with parents. The director is an amazing person, constantly learning and doing more. She is currently a local planning council member for Contra Costa County Office of Education, has been part of Preschool Make a Difference Program (PMD), and has worked with First Five Families. Her staff takes child development courses. The director and staff are well connected to the community.”
