“I wanted to share how amazing the Martinez Kaiser clinic took care of us. My daughter was extremely nervous about getting a vaccine. Hearing the other children there was unfortunately causing her more anxiety. The RN there asked if there was anything she could do to help her. We asked if we could have a private room and play some music for her. They got on it right away and then some. They brought in some stickers and stress toys for her to play with to keep her busy. After they were done, our daughter thanked all the nurses one by one. They were all very sweet to her and cheered her on. I think they helped change her feelings about going into a clinic/hospital.”
